AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your participation in the BitcoinMF affiliate program (the "Program"). It is a binding contract between you (the "Affiliate", "you") and the operator of BitcoinMF. It is in addition to the User Agreement, Risk Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which also apply to you. Read it carefully — it defines how commission is earned and paid, what you may and may not do, and limits my liability.

1.Who you're dealing with

The Program is operated by LazyMF Sound Design (VAT ID 307041541), a registered business run by Daniel Dvorkin ("LazyMF") of P.O. Box 2287, Netanya 4212201, Israel, trading as BitcoinMF ("BitcoinMF", "I", "me", "my"). Contact: BitcoinMFpro@proton.me.

2.Eligibility — 18+ and a verified owner of the product

The Program is strictly for adults aged 18 and over who already own and actively use BitcoinMF PRO. By applying or taking part you represent and warrant that: you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter this Agreement; you have purchased a valid licence to BitcoinMF PRO and genuinely use it; you are not barred from taking part under any applicable law, sanctions list or platform rule; and everything you provide (name, email, country, order number, TradingView username, Bybit UID, tax details, payout wallet) is true, current and your own. If you are under 18, or you have not purchased the product, you must not apply, take part, or provide any data.

Verification. I may verify that you own and use the product, before and after approval — for example by checking your order number against the email and/or TradingView username recorded on that order, and/or your Bybit UID. I may reject, suspend or remove anyone I cannot verify as a genuine customer. Approval is never automatic, and providing details you do not own or that are not your own is a breach of this Agreement.

3.Approval is required & discretionary

Participation is approval-only. Submitting an application creates no right to join, to a referral link, or to any commission. I may accept, reject, suspend or remove any applicant or Affiliate at my sole discretion, at any time, with or without cause and without notice. I keep the Program small and value-aligned on purpose. On approval you may be given a login to a self-service dashboard; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4.Your referral link & how referrals are tracked

On approval you receive a unique referral link. A referral is attributed when a visitor uses your link and then buys, subject to last-click attribution within a cookie window (currently 45 days) that I may change at any time. Tracking relies on cookies and codes, which can be blocked, cleared, overwritten or fail; I do not guarantee that every sale you influence will be tracked or attributed, and tracked data is the sole record. Self-referral is prohibited — you may not buy through your own link, or arrange for connected people or accounts to do so to generate commission; such referrals are void.

5.Commission — how it's calculated

For each valid, attributed sale, you earn a commission equal to your commission rate (default 30%, set on your account) of the net product revenue, excluding VAT/tax. The commission base excludes tax, any discounts applied (including the Bybit-UID discount), shipping, fees, and any amount later refunded or charged back. Commission accrues only on orders that are paid and reach "completed" status. Orders that are pending, cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent or reversed earn no commission, and any commission already credited for them is void and clawed back. I determine commission in good faith from my records, and my determination is final absent manifest error.

6.Payment of commission

• Currency & network. Commissions are paid in USDT on the network shown in your dashboard (default TRC20).
• Your wallet, your responsibility. You provide your own USDT receiving address and network in the dashboard. You are solely responsible for its accuracy. Sending to a wrong, incompatible or compromised address or network is irreversible and is not my responsibility, and a payment sent to the address you provided is treated as paid in full. For your protection, changing your wallet may flag your next payout for manual review.
• Minimum & request. A minimum payable balance (currently $50) applies. When you reach it you may request a payout from your dashboard; requesting a payout creates a request only — it does not move funds. I review and send payouts manually, on no fixed schedule, and record a transaction hash when sent.
• Network fees. Any blockchain/network fee may be borne by you and deducted from the payout.
• FX/valuation. Where a fiat value is recorded for accounting, it is the value at the time I send the payout.
• No interest. Accrued commission earns no interest and has no cash-equivalent claim beyond payment under this Agreement.

7.Taxes are your responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions you receive, and for your own registrations and filings. You are not my employee, and I do not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf except where the law requires me to. Depending on your country and status, I may be required to withhold tax at source and/or to require, before paying you, that you provide tax information, an invoice, and/or a valid withholding-exemption certificate; I may withhold payment until you do. You agree to provide accurate tax details on request.

8.Prohibited promotion — how you may NOT promote

You must not:

• make misleading, false, exaggerated or guaranteed-profit / "get-rich" claims, or present the product as financial advice, a signal-copying service, or a scheme to make money;
• spam, mass-DM, post unsolicited messages, or use deceptive, manipulative, high-pressure or "fear-of-missing-out" tactics to force a sale;
• bid on, or use, my brand names, trademarks or misspellings in paid search or domains, or impersonate me, the brand, or anyone else;
• post fake reviews, fake testimonials, fabricated results, or undisclosed AI-generated content that misleads (including deepfakes or false endorsements);
• use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, malware, bots, incentivised or fake traffic, or any technique that creates referrals not driven by genuine interest;
• promote on adult, illegal, hateful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate sites or channels, or to anyone under 18;
• make any representation, warranty or promise about the product on my behalf, or anything inconsistent with the User Agreement and Risk Disclaimer.

9.Required disclosures & compliance

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that your links are affiliate/paid links wherever you promote (e.g. a plain "#ad / affiliate" disclosure), as required by the U.S. FTC and equivalent rules elsewhere. You are solely responsible for ensuring all of your promotion complies with every applicable law, regulation, tax rule, advertising standard and platform/exchange term (including TradingView and Bybit). You promote as an independent party and bear full responsibility for your own content and conduct.

10.Promote for the value, in good faith

The Program exists to reward people who genuinely find the tools and content useful and recommend them on the merits — not to reward chasing commission on sales for the sake of sales. You agree to promote BitcoinMF honestly and in good faith, to represent it accurately as an educational-entertainment tool and not financial advice, and to earn commission only for genuine, value-driven referrals. Promoting for the value, not just the payout, is a condition of taking part.

11.Brand & intellectual-property licence

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the BitcoinMF name, approved logos and marketing materials only to promote the product under this Agreement and only as I permit. All goodwill from that use accrues to me. You get no ownership, you may not modify the marks or register anything confusingly similar, and the licence ends automatically when you leave the Program or breach this Agreement.

12.Fraud, clawback & forfeiture

I may withhold, reduce, reverse or claw back any commission, and void any referral, for fraud, self-referral, cookie-stuffing, spam, fake or incentivised traffic, hype or misleading or guaranteed-profit claims, refunds, chargebacks, or any breach (or suspected breach) of this Agreement. An Affiliate who breaches this Agreement or the User Agreement may immediately forfeit all accrued, unpaid commission and be removed from the Program.

13.Independent contractor — no agency

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture or franchise relationship. You have no authority to bind me, make representations or incur obligations on my behalf, and you act for your own account and at your own expense and risk.

14.Confidentiality

Any non-public information I share for the Program (rates, tools, dashboards, materials) is confidential; you will use it only for the Program and not disclose it.

15.Term, termination & changes to the Program

Either of us may end your participation at any time, with or without cause and without notice. I may also modify, suspend or discontinue the Program, the commission rate, cookie window, minimum payout, networks or any other term at my sole discretion at any time; changes apply going forward from when posted. On termination your licence and referral links stop, and any commission validly earned and not forfeited under this Agreement will be paid once it clears the minimum and normal validation. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, clawback, taxes, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

16.Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Program, dashboard, tracking and materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including that tracking will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. I do not guarantee any amount of traffic, conversions or earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or earnings, arising out of or relating to the Program, and my total aggregate liability to you is limited to the total commission actually paid or properly payable to you in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

17.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BitcoinMF and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your promotion or marketing; your breach of this Agreement or any law, regulation or platform rule; your content or representations; or your tax obligations.

18.Privacy & data

I process your application and payout data to run the Program, as described in the Privacy Policy. Where you collect data from people you refer, you act as an independent controller responsible for your own compliance.

19.Your non-waivable rights (savings clause)

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any right that cannot be excluded or limited by the law applicable to you. If any provision conflicts with such a right, that provision applies only to the extent the law allows, and the rest stays in full force.

20.Governing law & disputes

This Agreement and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue — except where a mandatory law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in your country of residence. Any dispute is on an individual basis only; to the extent permitted by law, you waive any class or representative action.

21.General

• Entire agreement. This Agreement, together with the User Agreement, Risk Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement on its subject.
• Severability. If any provision is invalid, it is modified or severed to the minimum extent needed, and the rest stays in force.
• No waiver. My failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement; I may assign it freely, including on a sale of the business.
• Notices. You agree to receive communications electronically; they satisfy any "in writing" requirement.
• Language. English governs; any translation is for convenience.
