This Privacy Policy explains what personal data BitcoinMF collects, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the website bitcoinmf.pro and to the purchase and provision of the BitcoinMF PRO indicator, and forms part of the User Agreement. The site and product are for adults 18+ only.
The data controller is LazyMF Sound Design (VAT ID 307041541), a registered business operated by Daniel Dvorkin ("LazyMF") of P.O. Box 2287, Netanya 4212201, Israel, trading as BitcoinMF ("BitcoinMF", "I", "me", "my"). You can reach me about any privacy matter at BitcoinMFpro@proton.me.
Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by my payment providers (see section 4). I do not see or store your full card number. I receive a confirmation of payment, the amount, and limited details needed for invoicing and tax.
localStorage. It stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie. (Any visitor count shown on the site is illustrative, not a precise record.)I don't sell your data. I share only what's necessary with service providers who process it on my behalf:

I may use service providers that operate in different countries (including in the EU and the United States), so your data may be processed outside your own country. Where data is transferred across borders, including out of the EEA/UK, it is protected by recognized safeguards — such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent measures.
I keep order, invoice and tax records for as long as applicable tax law requires (typically up to seven years). Access-related data (email, TradingView username) is kept while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Support messages are kept only as long as useful, then deleted.
I deliberately collect very little — basically your email and TradingView username — so there isn't much to manage in the first place. Where data-protection law applies to you (including, if you're in the EEA or UK, the GDPR / UK-GDPR), you have rights over your data: to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw any consent you gave. These rights are granted by law — I don't, and legally can't, ask you to give them up.
To make a request, email BitcoinMFpro@proton.me. I may need to verify who you are first, and I may keep data the law requires me to keep (for example tax and invoice records) even after a deletion request.
Your data is protected by reasonable, industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted third-party processors that handle payments and hosting. The strongest safeguard of all is that I keep what I collect to a minimum. As with any online service, no system can be promised as perfectly secure, so I don't promise that — but I treat your data carefully and only hold what I actually need.
This site and product are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. They are not intended for or directed at anyone under 18, and by using them or providing any data you confirm you are 18 or older. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
The site links to third parties (TradingView, Telegram, Discord, Bybit, payment pages). I'm not responsible for their privacy practices — read their policies.
I may update this policy. The "last updated" date will change, and material changes will be made clear on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.

Straight up, no suit: I'm not a data goblin — I take your email and TradingView name because that's literally how I get you the script, nothing creepy. And the bigger picture: this is the tool I actually trade with, I'm sharing what I use, not flogging you snake oil. It's an 18+ educational-entertainment thing, not financial advice. You're here because you wanted to be, of your own free will. Nobody made you.
"LazyMF" is a character — the loud, lazy, degenerate bit is entertainment. The business behind it is real and so am I. So be cool: be 18+, don't pirate it, don't rip the logic, don't be a menace, and don't chargeback something you're actually using. Anything went sideways — a glitch, a double-charge, whatever — email me and I'll sort you out like a human. That's the whole deal.
