BitcoinMF PRO is a digital product you can see working before you pay, sold to adults (18+). Because of that, the rule is simple, final and stated up front. This Refund Policy forms part of the User Agreement.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO CANCELLATIONS once your order is placed and/or access has been granted — except where a non-waivable consumer right applies (section 4) or in the limited good-faith cases I choose to honor in section 6. By buying, you waive any "cooling-off" or change-of-mind cancellation to the fullest extent the law allows.
You're buying a one-time personal licence to the BitcoinMF PRO indicator, added by hand to your TradingView account (invite-only), plus free updates while the product is offered and access to the members' community. It's a digital good delivered immediately (usually within a few hours of your providing a correct TradingView username), and it cannot be "given back" once delivered.
The product page shows exactly what the indicator does, including an honest explanation of signals and repainting, before you pay — so you decide with full information. The moment I add you to the script you have the thing: a digital tool that can be viewed, recorded and copied and that can't be returned or "unsupplied." A clear, up-front no-refund rule is part of the deal and is what keeps the price low. Buyer's remorse, a change of mind, not using it, not liking the results, or your own trading losses are not grounds for a refund.
At checkout you tick a box confirming you are 18+ and that you have read and agree to this policy and the User Agreement, and you expressly request that delivery and access begin right away and acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose any withdrawal/cancellation right to the fullest extent the law allows. You also confirm you are buying voluntarily, of your own free will — because you personally find value in this educational-entertainment product — not in reliance on any promise of profit. Your acceptance is recorded with the order as evidence.
This is downloadable, recordable digital content delivered immediately. Distance-selling and consumer law in essentially every relevant place specifically exempts this kind of product from "change of mind" cancellation and withdrawal rights — precisely because it can be viewed, recorded and copied and can't be handed back. So once your order is placed and access begins, you have no cancellation-for-refund right.
If you're in the EU / UK, the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content is lost once supply begins with your prior express consent — which you give at checkout by ticking the box, requesting immediate access, and acknowledging that you thereby lose that right. So it does not apply once access is granted.
I'm not trying to strip anything the law won't let me strip: in the rare case a genuinely non-waivable right applies to you, I will honor only that narrow part, on the conditions and fees the law allows. Everything else is final.
If you have a problem, contact me first and give me at least 7 days to fix it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead — for a product you received and were able to use — is a material breach of the User Agreement and, where not made in good faith, may be treated as fraud. I may revoke your access immediately while any dispute is investigated, refuse future service, and recover the disputed amount plus any fees and costs (including reasonable legal and collection costs). I keep records of your purchase, your acceptance, and your access as evidence. This does not affect any genuine non-waivable right under section 4.

Outside these, no refund is owed. To raise one, email me within 14 days of purchase with your order email and TradingView username. Any refund is of the amount actually charged (discounts, e.g. the Bybit UID discount, reduce that amount); payment-processor or network fees may be non-refundable, and refunds go to the original payment method where possible.

It's an 18+ educational-entertainment thing, not financial advice and not a promise you'll print. You're here, you bought it, you joined — because you wanted to, of your own free will. Nobody made you.
"LazyMF" is a character — the loud, lazy, degenerate bit is entertainment. The business behind it is real and so am I. So be cool: be 18+, don't pirate it, don't rip the logic, don't be a menace, and don't chargeback something you're actually using. Anything went sideways — a glitch, a double-charge, whatever — email me and I'll sort you out like a human. That's the whole deal.
