This User Agreement (the "Agreement", also referred to as the Terms of Service) is a binding contract between you and BitcoinMF. It governs your access to and use of bitcoinmf.pro, the BitcoinMF PRO indicator, and the related community and services. Read it carefully — it limits my liability, requires you to assume the risks, and affects your legal rights.
By ticking the acceptance box at checkout, completing a purchase, creating an account, accessing the indicator, joining the community, or otherwise using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, the Refund Policy, the Risk Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy (each incorporated by reference), and that if you do not agree, you must not use the site, buy the product, or join the community.
The site, product and community are operated by LazyMF Sound Design (VAT ID 307041541), a registered business run by Daniel Dvorkin ("LazyMF") of P.O. Box 2287, Netanya 4212201, Israel, trading as BitcoinMF ("BitcoinMF", "I", "me", "my"). Contact: BitcoinMFpro@proton.me. "You" means the person or entity accepting this Agreement.
This site, product and community are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By using them you represent and warrant that:
If you are under 18, you must not access the site, purchase, provide any personal data, or join the community. If I learn that a user is a minor, I may immediately and permanently terminate their access without notice and without refund. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that company.
You enter into this Agreement by any of the following, whichever happens first: (a) ticking the "I am 18+ and I agree…" box and completing checkout; (b) submitting payment; (c) being granted, or using, access to the indicator; (d) joining the members' community; or (e) otherwise using the site. Your electronic acceptance — a tick, click or continued use — is a valid, binding signature with the same effect as a handwritten one, and you waive any objection to enforceability based on electronic form. I may record the version of this Agreement you accepted, with the date, time and technical details, as evidence of your acceptance.
BitcoinMF PRO is an invite-only TradingView indicator. On purchase, you get a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use it on your own TradingView account for your own personal use, plus free updates while the product is offered and members' community access. You may not:
All intellectual property in the indicator, the BitcoinMF and LazyMF names, marks, branding, content and site remains exclusively mine (or my licensors'). This Agreement grants a limited licence only and transfers no ownership. Breach of this section terminates your licence automatically and may be pursued as infringement, including injunctive relief and recovery of legal costs.
Access is granted by hand to the TradingView username you provide at checkout, usually within a few hours but sometimes longer. You're solely responsible for giving a correct username; if it's wrong, incomplete or private, I can't add you until you fix it, and delays caused by your error are not my responsibility. A free TradingView account is required. Access is tied to that account.
The price is $49.99 one-time (subject to the founding-ladder pricing shown on the site at the time of purchase) plus any applicable tax. Local VAT/taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable, based on your location and applicable law; buyers located in the jurisdiction where I'm registered for VAT are charged that VAT, and others may be zero-rated or untaxed depending on the rules. Prices may change at any time for future purchases. Payment is handled by independent third-party processors (such as PayPal and BTCPay for crypto); your payment is also subject to their terms, and I am not responsible for their acts, fees, delays or failures. You are responsible for any taxes that are your legal responsibility.
If you have any payment problem, you agree to contact me first at BitcoinMFpro@proton.me and give me a reasonable chance (at least 7 days) to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a product you received and were able to use is a material breach of this Agreement and, where the dispute is not made in good faith, may constitute fraud. In that case I may immediately revoke your access, refuse future service, recover the disputed amount and any fees, charges and costs (including reasonable legal and collection costs) as a debt you owe me, and report the conduct to the processor and relevant authorities. This does not limit any genuine, non-waivable consumer right you have.
The product is a digital good you can see working before you buy. All sales are final, except as set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By purchasing and requesting immediate access, you accept that policy and ask for delivery to begin right away.
Updates to the indicator are included free for active licence holders while the product is offered. This does not obligate me to develop any particular feature, fix, maintain, support or continue the product indefinitely, or keep it compatible with every future change to TradingView or any other third-party platform. I may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the product or site at any time.
You agree not to: use the site, product or community unlawfully or for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose; attack, overload, probe, scrape or disrupt the site, servers or infrastructure; bypass or interfere with access controls, security or licensing; share, sell or expose credentials or access; impersonate me or anyone else, or misrepresent your affiliation with BitcoinMF; harass, threaten, defame or spam in the community; or upload anything unlawful, infringing or malicious. I may, at my sole discretion, remove content and suspend or permanently revoke access for any breach (or suspected breach), without notice and without refund.
The affiliate program is approval-only and governed by separate affiliate terms. It exists to reward people who genuinely find the tools and content useful and recommend them on the merits — not to reward chasing commission on sales for the sake of sales. By applying to or taking part in it, each affiliate acknowledges and agrees that they: promote BitcoinMF honestly and in good faith, based on real value they see in the product and content; will not make misleading, exaggerated or guaranteed-profit / "get-rich" claims, and will not spam, pressure or mislead anyone to force a sale; understand the product is an educational-entertainment tool, not financial advice or a profit scheme, and will represent it that way; and earn commission only for genuine, value-driven referrals. Affiliates earn commission (paid in USDT) for valid referrals, tracked in a dashboard. I may withhold, reverse or claw back commissions for fraud, self-referral, cookie-stuffing, spam, hype, misleading or guaranteed-profit claims, refunds or chargebacks, and may suspend, deny or remove any affiliate at my sole discretion at any time. Affiliates act as independent parties, not my agents, employees or partners, and must comply with all applicable law and platform rules. Promoting for the value, not just the payout, is a condition of taking part.
If you trade on Bybit under my referral, you may claim a discount by submitting your Bybit UID at checkout for verification. One discount per customer/UID; I may refuse, delay or reverse it for invalid, shared, ineligible or abusive UIDs, or where verification fails or the referral relationship cannot be confirmed. The discount has no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time for future purchases.
Nature of the product & voluntary purchase. BitcoinMF PRO and everything around it — the indicator, signals, content, community and commentary — are offered as an educational and entertainment product and service, in the LazyMF style. These are the tools and content I use myself and share — not a separate product I merely resell. They are not financial advice, not a signal-copying service, and not a promise or scheme to make money. You are not buying a result; you are choosing to access a tool and content you personally find worth paying for. By purchasing, you acknowledge you do so entirely of your own free will, because you see value in the type of educational-entertainment service BitcoinMF delivers — not because anyone induced, pressured, advised or guaranteed anything to you. Your decision to pay, to use the product, and to act (or not act) on anything you see is yours alone.
The product is a charting tool, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and I am not your broker, advisor or fiduciary. Trading carries substantial risk, including the total loss of your capital. The full Risk Disclaimer forms part of this Agreement.
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from your use of the indicator, the site and any content, and from every trading or financial decision you make. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue BitcoinMF and its operator, and anyone acting on my behalf, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages and liabilities — including trading and investment losses — arising out of or relating to the product, the site, your decisions, or your reliance on any signal, level, content or commentary, whether based on contract, tort, statute or any other theory.
The site, product, community and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. I expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, or that the product or site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free, or that any result or outcome will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will I (or anyone acting on my behalf) be liable for any trading, investment, financial or business losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to the site, product, community or this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility, and regardless of the legal theory. Where, despite the above, I am found liable, my total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amount you actually paid me for the product in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (and, where no amount was paid, the minimum the law allows). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limits; in that case the above applies to the fullest extent the law allows, and the rest stays in force.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BitcoinMF and its operator, and anyone acting on my behalf, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal and attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: your breach of this Agreement; your use or misuse of the site, product or community; your trading, investment or financial decisions; your violation of any law or third-party right; your content or communications; or any inaccurate information you provide. I may, at your expense, assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnity, and you agree to cooperate.
I may, at my sole discretion, suspend, restrict, revoke or permanently terminate your access to the site, product or community at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for actual or suspected breach, fraud, abuse, chargeback, illegality, minor status, or risk to me or others — without refund (subject only to any non-waivable right under section 20). You may stop using the product at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive — including the licence restrictions, intellectual property, no-chargeback covenant, assumption of risk and release, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute terms and governing law — survive any termination or expiry.
The product and site depend on third parties (TradingView, payment processors, exchanges such as Bybit, Telegram, Discord, hosting and others). I do not control them, am not responsible for their availability, acts, content, fees or terms, and am not liable if a third party changes, suspends, removes or fails to provide a service, or if that affects your access. Your use of each third party is governed by its own terms.
TradingView dependency. The indicator is a Pine Script that exists and runs entirely on the TradingView platform, and it works as-is through that code. TradingView is not mine and is outside my control. If TradingView changes, restricts, suspends, discontinues or breaks its platform, Pine Script, invite-only scripts, or your TradingView account — or otherwise makes it impossible or impractical for me to provide, deliver or maintain the indicator — that is not a breach by me, I am not responsible or liable for it, and it does not entitle you to a refund (subject only to any non-waivable right). Your access depends on TradingView's continued operation, which I cannot and do not guarantee.
I am not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond my reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, strikes, illness, power, internet, hosting or platform outages, cyber-attacks, exchange or processor failures, or extreme market events.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, limits or restricts any right or remedy you have that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law — including any mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law applicable to you — such as the consumer-protection or distance-selling law of your country of residence and, where it applies to you, mandatory EU/UK consumer law. If any provision conflicts with such a non-waivable right, that provision applies to you only to the extent the law allows, and the remainder of the Agreement stays in full force.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only. You and I each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action, and waive any right to a jury trial, in connection with this Agreement, the product or the site. This section does not apply where, and only to the extent, the law does not permit such a waiver for your claim.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the site, product or this Agreement must be brought within one (1) year after it arose; otherwise it is permanently barred. Where a longer mandatory period applies and cannot be shortened, that period applies instead.
I may update this Agreement at any time. The "version" and "last updated" date will change, and the current version always governs. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use or any new purchase after that means you accept the updated Agreement. If you don't agree to a change, stop using the site and product.
This Agreement and any dispute relating to it or the product are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue and waive any objection to it — except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim, or requires a claim to be brought, in your country of residence.
Straight up, no suit: this is the tool I actually trade with — I'm sharing what I use, not flogging you snake oil. It's an 18+ educational-entertainment thing, not financial advice and not a promise you'll print. You're here, you bought it, you joined — because you wanted to, of your own free will. Nobody made you.
"LazyMF" is a character — the loud, lazy, degenerate bit is entertainment. The business behind it is real and so am I. So be cool: be 18+, don't pirate it, don't rip the logic, don't be a menace, and don't chargeback something you're actually using. Anything went sideways — a glitch, a double-charge, whatever — email me and I'll sort you out like a human. That's the whole deal.
